The Caterpillar Machine Control & Guidance Repair Center, now supports components in the AccuGrade, AQUILA, CAES and MineStar product families. The expanded offerings now provide an option for dealers to repair components that are out of warranty. Refer to Table 1 for a list of the components that are serviced by the Cat Machine Control & Guidance Repair Center.

In order to start the repair process, call the Cat Machine Control & Guidance Repair Center at the phone number listed below to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Once you have a RMA number, you can ship the components to the repair center and the evaluation process will begin. The process map in Illustration 1 provides more detail on the repair process.
