The new 245-7781 Refrigerant Compressor Gp is available for the replacement of the former 176-1895 Refrigerant Compressor Gp and the former 231-6984 Refrigerant Compressor Gp. Increased lubrication in the new refrigerant compressor gp prevents the piston shoe and the swashplate from sticking. An improved surface finish on the swashplate increases the strength of the swashplate in the new refrigerant compressor gp. An increased radius for the retainer reduces the stress at the gasket in the new refrigerant compressor gp. Install the new refrigerant compressor gp if the former refrigerant compressor gp fails.
