Note: All bores must be free of paint. Use the 5P-0960 Grease Cartridge in order to coat all bores for the pins, the stick, the upper frame and the cylinder pin bores.

(2) 4I-4619 Pin As

Pin diameter ... 89.850 ± 0.025 mm (3.5374 ± 0.0010 inch)

Bore diameter for the pin assembly ... 90.043 ± 0.043 mm (3.5450 ± 0.0017 inch)

(3) As required, use the 093-0122 Shim in order to adjust the maximum lateral clearance to 1.6 mm (0.06 inch):

(8) Lubricate the sealing lip of two lip type seals lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed during assembly.

Note: Use the 5P-0960 Grease Cartridge in order to fill with grease through the grease fitting (10) after mounting the pin at the boom foot. Before installing the pipe plug (9), make sure that the grease flows out of the pipe plug hole.
