Operate the machine with a secured seat belt.
Operate the controls only when the engine is operating.
Do not operate the machine with the operator's platform in the unlocked position. Make sure that the operator's platform is locked in a position that does not allow the platform to rest on the glass or strike the glass.
Close the door. The door must be closed during operation. The door can not be locked in the open position.
Inspect the machine for proper operation of controls.
Operate the machine slowly in an open area in order to inspect the protective devices.
The work area must be clear. The operator can then proceed to operate the machine.
Only the operator is allowed on the machine.
Report any needed repairs.
Maintain a safe distance from the edge of cliffs, overhangs and slide areas.
