Engine Side Guards - Remove and Install

- Remove door assemblies (1) .

- Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to engine side guard (3). The weight of engine side guard (3) is approximately 25 kg (56 lb).

- Remove bolts (2) and bolts (4). Remove bolt (5) (not shown).
- Use the suitable lifting device in order to remove engine side guard (3) .
- Repeat Steps 1 through 3 for the opposite side of the machine.
- Remove cable straps (6) from harness assembly (7) .

- Use the suitable lifting device in order to remove engine side guard (8) .

- Install bolt (5) (not shown). Install bolts (4) and (2) .
- Install door assemblies (1) .

- Repeat Step 1 and Step 2 for the opposite side of the machine.
- Position harness assembly (7) to engine side guard (8). Install cable straps (6) .
