- 卸下阀机构罩盖、电热塞和前壳体罩盖。 请参阅拆解和组装, "前盖 - 拆卸和安装"。
注: 曲轴皮带轮仍在发动机上的情况下可以插入曲轴定时销。
- 使用工具 (A) 以发动机的正常旋转方向转动曲轴，直到 4 号缸的进气阀刚打开，且其排气阀 4 号缸尚未完全关闭。
注: 如果发动机前端的入口受限，则使用替代工具 (D) 和工具 (E) 。
- 以发动机正常旋转方向小心地转动曲轴，使曲轴中的孔与缸体 (2) 及定时箱中的孔对齐。 将工具 (B) 完全插入曲柄臂的孔中。
- 将工具 (C) 插入凸轮轴齿轮 (1) 的孔中，该孔位于 1 号活塞上止点位置的时间。
注: 已安装销后，凸轮轴齿轮可以轻微转动。
- 从凸轮轴齿轮和曲柄臂上卸下定时销。
