Description of Change: Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) bearing kit to upgrade from Pre 2.4 or 2.4 bearings to 3.5 bearings does not include the optical sensor rotor or mounting screw.
Adaptable To: If dealer has not previously performed the Rotor Position Sensor (RPS) upgrade to the optical RPS assembly on a UPS with Pre 2.4 or 2.4 bearings, and the dealer wishes to upgrade to the 3.5 bearing, the dealer will have to order a 240-2654 Sensor Rotor, and a 9X-6258 Screw in addition to the 10R-9600 Bearing Kit. Refer to the assembly instructions included with the 10R-9600 Bearing Kit .
