1. 检查交流发电机传动带

A. 检查交流发动机传动带的状况。

B. 检查传动带张力和/或自动皮带张紧器。

注:过大的皮带张力可能会导致交流发电机损坏。

结果:交流发电机传动带和皮带张紧器正常。

转至测试步骤 2。

结果:交流发电机传动带和/或皮带张紧器异常。

修理:修理或更换损坏的传动带或皮带张紧器。

如果故障未得到排除,则转至测试步骤 2。
 

2. 检查交流发电机传动皮带轮的状况

A. 检查皮带轮中有无驱动皮带磨损造成的深槽。

B. 检查并确认皮带轮螺母没有松动。

注:确保对准状况正确。
 

皮带轮
 

结果:交流发电机传动皮带轮正常。

转至测试步骤 3。

结果:交流发电机传动皮带轮异常。

修理:修理或更换损坏的交流发电机传动皮带轮。

如果故障未得到排除,则转至测试步骤 3。
 

3. 检查交流发电机轴承

A. 检查交流发电机轴承有无磨损迹象。

结果:交流发电机轴承正常。

继续测试步骤 4。

结果:交流发电机轴承异常。

修理:修理或更换损坏的交流发电机。

如果故障未得到排除,则转至测试步骤 4。
 

4. 检查交流发电机和调节器的操作状况

A. 确认交流发电机和/或调节器工作正常。 有关更多信息,请参阅专门说明书, REHS0354, "充电系统故障诊断与排除"。

结果:交流发电机和/或调节器工作正常。

继续测试步骤 5。

结果:交流发电机和/或调节器工作异常。

修理:修理或更换损坏的交流发电机。

如果故障未得到排除,则转至测试步骤 5。
 

5. 检查充电电路

A. 检查蓄电池电缆、配线和充电电路中的连接。

B. 清洁并紧固所有连接。

结果:充电电路不正常。

修理:修理或更换损坏的充电电路部件。
