1. 检查代码

A. 将 Caterpillar 电子技师(ET)连接到维修工具接头上。 如有必要,请参阅故障诊断与排除, "电子维修工具"。

B. 在执行任何故障诊断与排除或清除故障诊断代码前,从发动机 ECM 下载"产品状态报告"。

C. 确定指向此步骤的故障诊断代码是否存在。

D. 针对指向此步骤的事件代码,检查有无系统相关的激活的诊断代码。
 

E2113 

结果:存在相关代码。

修理:在继续进行此测试前,诊断并排除所有相关代码。

结果:存在 E2113 代码。

转至下一步。

结果:没有激活的代码

停止
 

2. 检查泵部件

A. 检查有无损坏的后冷器水泵。

B. 检查水泵叶轮有无损坏和磨损。
 

油泵 

结果:后冷器水泵正常

转至下一步。

结果:水泵不正常

修理:修理或更换水泵。

如果故障未得到排除,转至下一步骤。
 

3. 检查冷却液管路

A. 检查冷却系统部件有无泄漏。

B. 确保独立回路后冷器系统的冷却液液位充足。
 

冷却液泄漏 

结果:冷却液管路和冷却液液位正常

结果:冷却液管路和冷却液不正常

修理:清除阻塞并更换任何损坏的管路。
