吊装或垫塞不当可能会造成人员伤亡。 当使用起重机或千斤顶顶升任何零件或部件时，与之保持距离。 确保起重机或千斤顶具备正确的部件吊装能力。 在沉重部件下面进行任何工作之前先安装垫块或台架。 图上显示的是部件的近似重量。 清洁要安装零件的所有表面。 |
- 检查并清洁所有零件。 如果任何零件磨损或损坏，则应使用 Caterpillar 新件进行更换。
- 更换齿轮泵 (1) 上的 O 形密封圈 (14) （图中未显示）。 将适当的尼龙吊索和适当的举倾机构连接到齿轮泵上。 升起齿轮泵进入机器上的位置。 泵的重量为 43.5 kg (96 lb)。

- 将齿轮泵轴上的花键与泵驱动壳体上齿轮的花键对准。 安装两颗螺栓 (12) 和两只垫圈 (13) 以将齿轮泵固定到机器上。
- 将软管 (6) 连接到齿轮泵 (1) 上。 安装四颗螺栓 (7) 、四只垫圈 (8) 和两个半环卡箍 (9) 以便将软管固定到齿轮泵上。 此外，重新连接隔套 (11) 和卡箍 (10) 以便将软管束固定到齿轮泵上。
