Disassembly Procedure

Start By:

1. Remove the main control valve. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Main Control Valve - Remove".

1. Remove swing valve (2) .

   1. Remove manifold (3) from the swing valve.

      Note: The swing valve is the only section of the main control valve that has a manifold as an addition to the valve.

      Note: Travel valves (1) are very similar to the swing valve.

   2. Remove two bolts (4) from each cap (5). Remove two caps (5) .

      Note: The caps must be replaced in the original position.

   3. Remove shims (6), seats (7), and springs (8) from the swing valve.

      Note: Springs (8) and shims (6) must be replaced in the original position.
