Crankshaft Front Seal - Remove - Engine in Chassis
Removal Procedure
Start By:
- Remove the hood. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hood - Remove".
- Remove the radiator and fan group. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Radiator and Fan Group - Remove".

- Relieve the tension on the belt tensioner and remove the drive belts.
- Remove six bolts (1) and the washers.

- Remove the following items from the end of the crankshaft: vibration damper (2), pulley (3) and adapter (4) .
- Remove eight bolts (5) .
- Separate pulley (3) and adapter (4) from vibration damper (2) .

- Remove nuts (7) and the washers.
