1. Install cone (7).

2. Inspect gears (5), gears (9), washers (4), washers (10), pin (6) and pin (8). Install new parts if the old parts are worn.

3. Install a washer (4), gear (5), washers (10), gears (9) and pin (8). Ensure that the hole in pin (8) lines up with the corresponding hole in the case. Washer (4) is not shown. The washer is located behind gear (5).

4. Install pin (6).

5. Install the remaining gear (5) and the remaining washer (4).

6. Install case (2). Assemble bevel gear (1) to the case and fix the bevel gear in position with twelve bolts. Make sure that the bolts are clean and dry. Apply 9S-3263 Thread Lock Compound to the threads before you install the bolts. Make sure that the threaded holes in the case are clean and dry before you install the bolts. Tighten the bolts to a torque wrench setting of 180 N·m (133 lb ft).

7. Install cone (3).

1. Install the differential and bevel gear. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Differential and Bevel Gear (Rear) - Install".
