Hook Sheave Block (Upper) - Disassemble
Disassembly Procedure
Start By:
- Remove the upper hook sheave block. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hook Sheave Block (Upper) - Remove" for the correct procedure.
- Remove the cotter pin, pin (1), and pin (2). Remove trunnion (3) .

- Remove nut (1), bolt (2), and spacers (3) .

- Remove two nuts (4), two bolts (5), and two hanger arms (6) .
- Remove nut (10), side plate (7), sheave assembly (9), center plate (8), and sheave assembly (9). Remove nut (12) and pin (11) from sideplate (7) .

- Remove bushing (13) from sheave assembly (9). Repeat for the other sheave assembly.
