Hook Sheave Block (Upper) - Assemble
Assembly Procedure
- Install bushing (13) into sheave assembly (9). Repeat for the other sheave assembly.

- Install nut (12) on pin (11). Install pin (11) in side plate (7). Install sheave assembly (9), center plate (8), sheave assembly (9), side plate (7), and nut (10) .
Note: Do not tighten nut (10) at this time.

- Install two hanger arms (6), two bolts (5), and two nuts (4) .
Note: Do not tighten nuts (4) at this time.

- Install spacers (3), bolt (2), and nut (1) .
- Tighten nuts (10) and (4) .
- Install trunnion (3). Install pin (2), pin (1), and the cotter pin.

End By: Install the upper hook sheave block. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hook Sheave Block (Upper) - Install" for the correct procedure.
