FWD - Pull the lever toward the operator and then push the lever away from the operator in order to move the compactor forward. In order to cause the machine to move faster, push the lever farther.
NEUTRAL - Move the lever to the center NEUTRAL position in order to stop the machine.
REV - Push the lever away from the operator and then pull the lever toward the operator in order to move the machine in reverse. In order to cause the machine to move faster, pull the lever farther.
Note: When you slow the machine or when you stop the machine, move the propel lever toward NEUTRAL in order to utilize the braking effect of the engine.
