滚热的油或液压油的压力会对人员造成伤害。 发动机停机之后，液压油的压力仍会保留在液压系统里。 对液压系统进行维修之前，如果不事先释放压力，可能会造成严重伤害。 卸下机具和其油路之前，必须先把机具放到地面上，让油先冷却，才可进行工作。 只能在发动机停机，并且加注口盖冷却到可以用徒手触摸时才能卸下加注口盖。 |

- 将平地刮铲向机器右侧伸出。 卸下开口销 (1) 。卸下将侧移油缸固定在平地刮铲右侧支架上的销 (2) 。

- 如图所示，将工具 (B) 连接在平地刮铲上。将适当的起吊设备安置在工具 (B) 上。将适当的起吊设备固定在起重机上，移动平地刮铲的同时，支撑平地刮铲。平地刮铲的重量为 641 kg (1413 lb)。

- 缩回侧移油缸杆。 将适当的隔套 (X) 放置在油缸杆与油缸支架之间。隔套的最小尺寸应为 152 mm (6 in) 宽、152 mm (6 in) 高及 1.5 m (5.00 ft) 长。
- 伸出侧移油缸，将平地刮铲推离机器左侧的支架。在平地刮铲下放置适当的支撑。降下平地刮铲，直到平地刮铲座在支撑上。
- 卸下螺栓 (6) 、螺母、垫圈和卡箍。从机器右侧的防护罩 (5) 上卸下四个螺栓 (3) 、四个垫圈、隔套和安装支架 (4) 。

- 从平地刮铲组件上卸下防护罩防护罩 (5) 。
- 对于另一侧，重复步骤 5 和 6。
- 从侧移油缸上断开软管组件 (7) 。

- 从销 (10) 上卸下螺栓 (9) 、螺母和垫圈。卸下将侧移油缸固定在平地刮铲左侧支架 (11) 上的销 (10) 。
- 将适当的吊索连接在支架 (11) 上。将吊索固定在起重机上。
- 从平地刮铲组件上卸下螺母 (13) 、螺母 (14) 和垫圈。 从平地刮铲组件上卸下支架 (11) 。支架 (11) 的重量为 30 kg (66 lb)。

- 从平地刮铲组件上卸下垫圈 (15) 。 不要卸下螺母 (12) 。
- 使用工具 (A) ，从平地刮铲组件上卸下侧移油缸。侧移油缸的重量为 59 kg (130 lB)。
