安装步骤
- 平地刮铲提升油缸的安装过程中，检查断开的软管组件两端所有 O 型密封圈的状况。 用新密封更换损坏的密封。
- 将适当的吊索连接在平地刮铲提升油缸 (7) 上。将吊索固定在起重机上。 平地刮铲提升油缸 (7) 的重量为 66 kg (145 lb)。将平地刮铲提升油缸 (7) 安置在安装支架上。使用软面锤，使盖 (11) 座在安装支架的原有位置。

- 将四个螺栓 (9) 和四个垫圈安装在每个盖中。 拧紧螺栓 (9) 至扭矩为 130 ± 7 N·m (96 ± 5 lb ft)。
- 将软管组件 (8) 和软管组件 (10) 的管接头连接在平地刮铲提升油缸 (7) 上。将平地刮铲提升油缸 (7) 杆端安置在球头螺栓上。 移开起重机，卸下吊索。
- 重复步骤 1 到步骤 4，安装其余的平地刮铲提升油缸。
- 安装座圈之前先保证球窝接头的所有部件清洁。
- 用 5P-0960 含钼润滑脂 手工涂覆球头螺栓和盖。

- 将座圈 (5) 和垫片 (6) 在球头螺栓上放置到位。起动发动机。 将油缸杆的球窝在球头螺栓和座圈 (5) 上移到位。
- 将座圈 (4) 、垫片 (3) 和盖 (2) 安置在球头螺栓上。将两个螺栓 (1) 和两个垫圈安装在盖中。
