Valve (Suspension Cylinder Charging) - Install
- Check all the O-ring seals and the components for wear or damage. Replace the components, if necessary.
- Lubricate all the O-ring seals lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed.

Illustration 1 g00506610 - Prior to the installation of charging valve (1), remove the plugs from the pressure ports on suspension cylinder (2).
- Use four bolts (10) to install charging valve (1) and payload pressure sensor (7) onto suspension cylinder (2) as a unit.

- Connect payload pressure sensor (7) to wire harness (8) at the electrical connection.

Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before the installation procedure, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble.

- Remove the wheel chocks. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Wheel Chocks - Remove and Install".
