Power Train Oil Pump - Install
Installation Procedure
- Install the four O-ring seals on cover (7) .

- Fasten a hoist and a suitable lifting strap to power train oil pump (6). Install the power train oil pump on the case. Install two nuts (9) and the washers. Install four bolts (8) and the washers.
- Install oil pump screen (10) and tube assembly (3) on the machine as a unit. Install four bolts (11) and the washers.
- Connect hose assembly (5) to the power train oil pump.
- Connect hose assembly (4) to the power train oil pump.

- Replace tube assembly (3) and install the two bolts (1) that hold the tube assembly to the power train oil pump.
- Identify two wires (2), and connect the two wires.
- Install the bottom guard.
Note: After installation of the power train oil pump, fill the power train system with oil to the correct level. Refer to the Operation And Maintenance Manual for the type of oil and the capacity.
End By: Install the drive shaft (pump coupling).
