Hitch Bolt Torque May Be Incorrect Caterpillar

Problem:

The 7X-0366 Hitch Bolts on the above listed machines may have been tightened to an incorrect torque at assembly. The assembly tightening operation requires that the bolts be initially tightened to a torque of 374 ± 48 N·m (275 ± 35 lb ft) with a following re-tightening to insure that the bolts do not relax torque. The machines listed did not receive the second re-tightening operation.

Solution:

The machines listed should have the four 7X-0366 Hitch Bolts re-tightened to a torque of 374 ± 48 N·m (275 ± 35 lb ft).
