Description of Change: Auger segment mounting bolts may become loose upon operation.
AUGER SECTION MOUNTING BOLT CHANGES
Assembly Procedure:
1. Be sure bolts and nuts are CLEAN.
2. Apply Loctite 620 to threads on bolt.
3. Assemble bolt, washers, shaft, auger section, and nut.
4. Torque nuts to 61.2 N·m (45 lb ft).
5. Allow 24 hours for full cure of Loctite
Removal of bolts will require heating to over 232 °C (450 °F) and disassembly while hot or breaking bolts. Do not reuse bolts.
