New Suspension Frame Group Now Used To Prevent Cracking {7216,7203}

Usage:

D250E (5TN),
D300E (7FN) Articulated Trucks

Description of Change: The new suspension frame group has an improved weld design to eliminate cracking at the eye of the A-frame. The new A-frame will require a new spherical bearing and ring clamp. With this change a new panhard rod with larger spherical bearings is used.

Adaptable To: The new 128-3057 Suspension Frame Assembly is a direct replacement for the former 128-7322 Suspension Frame Assembly. The new 128-3057 Suspension Frame Assembly will require the new 128-6796 Spherical Bearing and two 128-6947 Clamp Rings. A new 128-1574 Panhard Rod Assembly and two 128-6796 Spherical Bearings will also be required. The new 128-6796 Spherical Bearings will not fit the former 7U-8456 Panhard Rod. The new frame assembly, spherical bearings, clamp rings, and panhard rod are effective with D250E (5TN636), D300E (7FN313) Articulated Trucks.
