Procedure To Adjust Creeper Speed Control {3162}

Usage:


914G (7ZM, 9WM) Wheel Loaders;
IT14G (8ZM, 1WN) Integrated Toolcarriers

The procedure to adjust the creeper speed control group is not included in the Service Manual for the above machines. For machines equipped with this attachment, use the following procedure to adjust the creeper speed control.

Procedure

1. Remove lever (1) from shaft (3).

2. Rotate shaft (3) fully clockwise until there is contact with the stop pins.

3. Without rotating shaft (3), install and adjust creeper lever (1) until it contacts limit switch (2). Make sure that the lever does not actuate the limit switch.

4. Tighten bolt (5).

5. Rotate lever (1) clockwise and check actuation of limit switch (2).
