Brake Components Resized To Improve Heat Capacity {4250,4251}

Usage:

Challenger 35 (8DN),
Challenger 45 (1DR) Agricultural Tractors

Description of Change: The brake piston and endplate thicknesses are reduced to allow for the separator plate thickness to be increased. The change allows for increased separator plate heat dissipation capacity and reduces the possibility of warpage.

Adaptable To: The new and former parts are listed in the following chart. The change is effective with Challenger 35 (8DN215) and Challenger 45 (approx. 1DR650) Agricultural Tractors.

NOTE: If any of the former components have been replaced, ALL components must be replaced as a group in order to ensure correct brake clearance.
