Description of Change: An improved routing of the radiator shunt hose is used. The new routing allows for a common hose to be used between the Challenger 65D, Challenger 75C (4KK2230-Up), and Challenger 85C (9TK1765-Up) Agricultural Tractors.
In addition, the shunt hose fittings on the engine have been changed to fittings designed for 6.35 mm (.25 in) ID hose. The 6.35 mm (.25 in) ID hose improves fitup and increases clamping area.
Adaptable To: The improved fittings and routings are effective with the Challenger 65D (2ZJ2136), Challenger 75C (4KK2468), and Challenger 85C (9TK2033) Agricultural Tractors. The fittings and new routing are adaptable to Challenger 65 (7YC1655-Up), Challenger 65B (7YC1900-Up), Challenger 65C (2ZJ1-1964), Challenger 65D (2ZJ1965-2135), Challenger 70C (2YL), Challenger 75 (4CJ569-Up), Challenger 75C (4KK1-2467), and Challenger 85C (9TK1-2032) Agricultural Tractors.
