Implement Valve Signal Hose Prevents Leaks Due To Vibration{5057}

Challenger 45 (1DR) Agricultural Tractors

Description of Change: A new hose assembly is used to eliminate tube cracks and associated oil leaks due to vibration. The new hose is a part of the 108-1916 Hydraulic Arrangement. The hose supplies signal pressure to the implement pump compensator. Failure of the implement valve signal line can cause loss of signal pressure from the implement valve and substantial loss of oil.

Adaptable To: The new 128-4104 Hose Assembly (A) replaces the former 119-9712 Tube Assembly. The new 128-4104 Hose Assembly is effective with the Challenger 35 (8DN366) and Challenger 45 (1DR900) Agricultural Tractors. The 128-4104 Hose Assembly is adaptable to all earlier machines.
