Power Take-Off Lube Hose Assembly Prevents Leaks Due To Vibration{1165,3107,5057,3016}

Description of Change: A new hose assembly and new elbow are used to eliminate tube cracks and associated oil leaks due to vibration. The new hose and elbow are a part of the 108-1916 Hydraulic Arrangement. The hose and elbow supply lube oil to a power take-off shaft bearing in the extension housing.

Adaptable To: The new 126-5998 Hose Assembly (A) replaces the former 110-1512 Tube Assembly. The 126-6858 (B) Elbow replaces the former 6V-8724 Elbow. See the illustration for part locations. The new 126-5998 Hose Assembly and 126-6858 Elbow are effective with the Challenger 35 (8DN265) and Challenger 45 (1DR815) Agricultural Tractors. The 126-5998 Hose Assembly and 126-6858 Elbow are adaptable to all earlier machines.
