Usage:
VIEW FROM UNDER MACHINE
1. Remove bolt (1) that fastens clamp (2) to the chassis.

2. Put tool (A) in position under the rear drive shaft as shown.
To prevent possible personal injury be sure the drive shaft is fastened to tool (A). |
3. Remove bolts (4) that fasten each end of drive shaft (3) to the transmission and differential. Carefully lower and remove the rear drive shaft. The weight of the rear drive shaft is 100 lb. (45 kg).
Install Drive Shaft (Rear)

1. Put rear drive shaft (1) in position on tool (A).
To prevent possible personal injury be sure the drive shaft is fastened to tool (A). |
2. Put the drive shaft in position between the differential and the transmission. Install the bolts that fasten the drive shaft to the differential and transmission. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 100 ± 11 lb.ft. (135 ± 15 N·m).

3. Install clamp (2) on the chassis with a bolt and lockwasher.
