Usage:
NOTE: The body support FT1437 can be installed on either frame rail.
1. Lift the truck body approximately 12 in. (30.48 cm) and put a hard wood block 8 X 8 in. (20.3 X 20.3 cm) in position on each frame rail next to the lift cylinders.
2. Lower the body of the truck on to the wood blocks.
3. Remove either pad (1) or pad (2) and shims where the body support is to be installed.
4. Lift the truck body and put body support (FT1437) (3) in position on the frame rail as shown. Install three bolts that fasten the body support to the frame rail.
5. Lower the body on to the body support.
6. To remove the body support, put the wood blocks in position on the frame rails next to the lift cylinders.
7. Lift the body of the truck off of body support (FT1437).
8. Remove the bolts that fasten the body support to the frame rail. Remove the body support.
9. Lower the body on to the wood blocks.
10. Install the shims and pad (1) or (2).
11. Lift the body of the truck and remove the wood blocks.
12. Lower the truck body.
