Usage:
1. Use tooling (A) to lift rear wheels off ground approximately three inches.
2. Lift rock ejector (7) and install pin (2).
3. Fasten a hoist to the wheel. Remove the wheel retaining nuts. Remove the outer wheel. Weight of the wheel assembly is 1100 lbs. (499 kg).
4. Remove the air pressure from the inner tire.
5. Remove the valve stem protector (3).
6. Remove the valve stem extension (4).
7. Loosen the valve stem retaining nut.
8. Remove the inner wheel retaining nuts.

9. Fasten a hoist to the inner wheel assembly. Remove the wheel assembly. Weight of the wheel assembly is 1100 lb. (499 kg).
Install Rear Wheels
1. Fasten a hoist to the inner wheel. Put the inner wheel in position on the truck. Weight of the wheel assembly is 1100 lb. (499 kg).

Turn valve stem so that it is out of the way of the outer wheel stud mount. |
2. Put 2P2506 Thread Lubricant on the studs and tighten the wheel nuts to a torque of 890 ± 40 lb. ft. (1210 ± 55 N·m).
3. Tighten the large nut for the valve stem to a torque of 16 ± 1 lb. ft. (21.5 ± 1 N·m).
4. Install the valve stem extension. Tighten the two nuts to a torque of 6 ± 1 lb. ft. (8.5 ± 1 N·m).
5. Fasten a hoist to the outer wheel. Put it in position on the truck. Weight of the wheel is 1100 lb. (495 kg). Put 2P2506 Thread Lubricant on the studs and install the nuts that hold the outer wheel. Tighten the nuts to a torque of 890 ± 40 lb. ft. (1210 ± 55 N·m).
6. Fill the inner tire with air. See LUBRICATION AND MAINTENANCE GUIDE for the correct level.
7. Put the rock ejector in position between the two wheel assemblies.
