Instrument Panel Changed To Give Better Fit For Gauges{7451}

Usage:

All Series "
G"
Motor Graders

Description of Change: An improved instrument panel and new rings are now used in the gauge group for Series "G" Motor Graders. The improved panel is now 4.0 mm (.16") thick. The earlier panel was 3.0 mm (.12") thick. The new rings are made of rubber instead of steel. The new panel and ring will give better support to the gauges.

Reports show that in some applications with high ambient air temperatures, the gauges can separate from the panel.

Adaptable To: The improved 6G6624 Panel is a direct replacement for the earlier 6G6624 Panel. The part number did not change. The new 6V3507 Ring (Rubber) is a direct replacement for the former 384741 Ring (Metal) in this application. The new parts are in effect as shown in the chart.
