Description of Change: New pressure relief valves are used in the prelube air lines groups and in the starting motor air pressure regulator groups on these engines. The new relief valves provide improved sealing of vent gases during relief conditions. The new relief valves mount in the same location as the former relief valves. The new relief valve requires additional support bracketing when used in the prelube motor air lines groups.
Adaptable To: Chart A identifies the new and former relief valves, the group that includes the new relief valve, the application and the relief valve setting. The new relief valves are in effect as listed above.
