Visual Inspection
目视检查系统是故障诊断和排除的第一步。 目视检查之前，应关闭发动机，并把所有作业机具下放到地面。
- 检查液压油箱里的油位。
注: 利用以下步骤释放回油液压回路中可能存在的压力。 参考图 1 以了解加注口盖位置。
- 逆时针转动加注口盖并将箭头从位置 (A) 移至位置 (B)。
- 将箭头从位置 (B) 移至位置 (C)，以便释放压力至少 45 秒。
- 释放油箱压力后，将盖从位置 (C) 转到位置 (D)。 拆卸加注口盖。

(D) 打开位置Show/hide table注意 在检查、保养、测试、调整及维修产品时，请小心确保盛接油液。 在打开任何舱室或拆卸任何含有油液的部件前，请准备好盛接液体用的适当容器。
有关收集和盛接 Cat® 产品油液的合适工具和用品，请参考专门出版物, NENG2500, "代理商维修工具目录"。
按照本地法规和要求处置所有油液。
- 拆下液压滤清器滤芯。 检查液压滤清器中有无材料显示部件被损坏。
- 检查所有管路和连接是否损坏或泄露。
- 检查控制连杆机构有无部件弯曲、断裂或损坏。
