简介

测量机器的回转速度和回转过量可以确定是否需要检查回转马达或反作用阀。 精细回转控制开关(如有配备)必须处在断开位置。

  1. 将机器停放在水平地面上。 参考图 1。

    注: 铲斗应空载。

  2. 停止发动机。

  3. 为了指示这两个位置之间的关系,在回转轴承的内座圈和外座圈上作一个标记 (C)。 标记用于使回转操作停止的目标。 参考图 2。

  4. 起动发动机。

  5. 向任一方向移动回转操纵手柄,直到机器完成一次远离目标的 180 度回转操作。

  6. 向任一方向移动回转操纵手柄,直到机器完成一次朝向目标的 180 度回转操作。 将回转操纵手柄移回目标处的空档位置。

  7. 测量回转轴承上标记之间的距离,获得回转过量的量。 参考图 2。

    注: 使用从操作员座椅处可以看见的一点作为目标参考点。
