发动机和泵停机之后，液压油的压力仍会保留在液压系统里。 对液压系统进行维修之前，如果事先不释放此压力，可能会造成严重伤害。 为防止发生事故，松开、拧紧、拆下或调整任何接头、软管、部件之前，请参阅测试和调整, "液压系统压力 - 释放" 章节。 开始维修之前，只要可能就必须把作业工具降到地面上。 执行测试或调整时，如果需要把动臂置于升高的位置，请确保动臂、斗杆和作业工具得到正确支撑。 开始维修之前，回转锁（如有配备）必须锁上。 一定要将机器移到远离其它机器行驶线路的地方。 发动机运转并进行测试或调整时，应保证其他人员远离机器。 |
正常操作要求机油温度、流量和压力适当。 泵输出（机油流量）是发动机转速（转/分）和阀调整的函数。 机油压力是机油流动受阻所产生的。
