Engine Oil Cooler - Remove and Install
Start By:
- Remove low-pressure aftercooler.
- Remove bolts (4) and bracket (2). Remove P-clip (1). Remove bolts (5) and position tube assembly (3) out of the way.

- Install engine oil cooler (35) in the reverse order of removal.
- Tighten bolts (31) to a torque of
25 ± 3 N·m (221 ± 27 lb in) . - Tighten plug (30) to a torque of
80 ± 8 N·m (59 ± 6 lb ft) . - Tighten adapter (29) to a torque of
60 ± 6 N·m (44 ± 4 lb ft) . - Tighten plug (28) to a torque of
31 ± 3 N·m (274 ± 27 lb in) . - Tighten plug (27) to a torque of
80 ± 8 N·m (59 ± 6 lb ft) . - Tighten plug (26) to a torque of

12 ± 4 N·m (106 ± 35 lb in) in the order depicted in illustration 11. Next, tighten bolts (22) and bolt (24) to a final torque of25 ± 3 N·m (221 ± 27 lb in) in the order depicted in illustration 11. - Tighten bolts (21) to a torque of
25 ± 3 N·m (221 ± 27 lb in) . - Tighten bolts (20) to a torque of
25 ± 3 N·m (221 ± 27 lb in) . - Tighten bolts (18) to a torque of
25 ± 3 N·m (221 ± 27 lb in) . - Tighten bolts (17) to a torque of
25 ± 3 N·m (221 ± 27 lb in) . - Tighten bolts (15) to a torque of
25 ± 3 N·m (221 ± 27 lb in) . - Tighten bolts (14) to a torque of
25 ± 3 N·m (221 ± 27 lb in) . - Tighten bolts (13) to a torque of
25 ± 3 N·m (221 ± 27 lb in) . - Tighten bolts (12) to a torque of

23 ± 2 N·m (204 ± 18 lb in) . - Tighten bolts (1) to a torque of
