Stopping the Engine
Note: The emergency stop push button should be pushed immediately without disconnecting the load if an emergency requires an immediate shutdown.
Use the following procedures to stop the generator set.
- Turn off the load by switching the generator output circuit breaker to the OFF position.
- Allow the generator set to operate without a load for a few minutes to cool.
- Turn the control switch to STOP. The generator set will shut down.

- Open the remote switch and remove the remote start signal.
- When the start signal is removed, a cool down timer will allow the generator set to run shortly prior to stopping automatically.
