Water Temperature Regulator - Remove and Install

Usage:

C9.3 C93

Removal Procedure

Start By:

  1. Remove the water lines (if applicable).


NOTICE

Keep all parts clean from contaminants.

Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.


  1. Drain the coolant. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change" for the correct draining and filling procedures.

  2. Remove nut (2), bolt (3), and bracket (4).

  3. Remove bolt (1), stud (6), and elbow (5).

  4. Remove water temperature regulator (7).

Installation Procedure

  1. Install water temperature regulator (7) in the reverse order of removal.
