When replacing a rubber crankshaft damper assembly with a 7E-9520 Viscous Crankshaft Damper Assembly:

- * The viscous damper must have a 9Y-8870 Plate installed on the outside of the viscous damper.
- * The washers must be removed from the bolts that fasten the damper to the crankshaft so the bolts will have the proper thread engagement.
- * The viscous damper must have a 9Y-8870 Plate installed on the outside of the viscous damper.
