1. Attach the 133-7042 Bracket (1) to the block at three bosses by snugging three 6V-1820 Bolts (5) and three 3E-4353 Hard washers (4) finger tight.
2. Attach the 133-7040 Bracket (2) to the front housing by using two 8T-0643 Bolts (9) and two 6V-1820 Bolts (10). Torque the bolts to 55 ± 10 N·m (41 ± 7 lb ft).
3. Attach the 133-7042 Bracket (1) to the 133-7040 Bracket (2) by using two 8T-0643 Bolts (3) and two 3E-4353 Hard Washers (4). Torque to 55 ± 10 N.m (41 ± 7 lb ft).
4. Loosen the three 6V-1820 Bolts (5) at the block to relieve the stress in the front housing. Torque to 55 ± 10 N.m (41 ± 7 lb ft).
NOTE: When installing the alternator, use a 9H-8260 Bolt (6), 5P-8245 Washer (8) and 1F-7958 Nut (7). Torque to 105 ± 20 N.m (75 ± 15 lb ft)
