Air Cleaner - Remove and Install

Usage:

C18 DTP

Removal Procedure

  1. Remove air filter change indicator (1). Remove band clamps (3). Disconnect hose (2).

  2. Disconnect hose (5).

  3. Remove four bolts (6) and remove air cleaner (4).

Installation Procedure

  1. Install air cleaner (4) in the reverse order of removal.

    1. Tighten bolts (6) to a torque of 15 ± 3 N·m (133 ± 27 lb in).

    2. Tighten air filter change indicator (1) to a torque of 2 ± 0.7 N·m (18 ± 6 lb in).
