Fuel Cooler - Remove and Install
- Turn the fuel supply to the OFF position.
- Relieve fuel pressure by opening relief valve.

- Disconnect hose assemblies (2) and (3).

- Remove four bolts (6) and remove fuel cooler (7).

Personal injury or death can result from a fire. Fuel leaked or spilled onto hot surfaces or electrical components can cause a fire. Clean up all leaked or spilled fuel. Do not smoke while working on the fuel system. Turn the disconnect switch OFF or disconnect the battery when changing fuel filters. |
- Install fuel cooler (7) in the reverse order of removal.
- Tighten adapter (4) and elbow assembly (8) to a torque of
82 ± 5 N·m (60 ± 4 lb ft) .
- Tighten adapter (4) and elbow assembly (8) to a torque of
