The new housing assembly incorporates a face seal that is pressed in place. The face seal and the additional O-ring seals help to provide protection against leaks.
The new housing assembly and the seals are listed in Table 1.

Note: When you install the front housing, install the four 5P-5599 O-Ring Seals around the bolts in the idler gears.
