1. 检查代码

A. 将 Caterpillar 电子技师(ET)连接到维修工具接头上。 如有必要,请参阅故障诊断与排除, "电子维修工具"。

B. 在执行任何故障诊断与排除或清除故障诊断代码前,从发动机 ECM 下载"产品状态报告"。

C. 确定指向此步骤的故障诊断代码是否存在。

D. 针对指向此步骤的事件代码,检查有无系统相关的激活的诊断代码。
 

E096
 

结果:存在相关代码。

修理:在继续进行此测试前,诊断并排除所有相关代码。

结果:存在 E096 代码。

转至下一步。

结果:没有激活的代码

停止
 

2. 检查燃油压力调节阀

A. 从燃油滤清器底座上拆下阀组件。 检查阀组件上有无污染物或碎屑。 清除可能将调节阀保持在开启状态的所有污染物或碎屑。 如果存在碎屑,找出污染物的来源。

B. 如果怀疑燃油压力调节阀是燃油压力低的原因,请更换阀组件。

结果:清洁或更换了阀

如果故障未得到排除,转至下一步骤。
 

3. 检查燃油管有无损坏和阻塞
 

管路
 

结果:燃油管正常。

结果:燃油管不正常。

修理:清除阻塞并更换任何损坏管路。
