Removal Procedure

Start By:

1. Remove air inlet elbow

1. Disconnect harness assemblies (1) and (2).

2. Remove brackets (3) and (4).

3. Remove bolts (5) and position wiring harness (6) out of the way.

   Note: If necessary remove the center clamp (8).

4. Remove bolts (7) and position clamps (8) out of the way.

   Note: Bolts (11) are inside air inlet manifold (10).

5. Remove bolts (9) , and (11).

6. Remove air inlet manifold (10).

7. Repeat Steps 1 through 6 for the other side.

Installation Procedure

1. Install air inlet manifold (10) in the reverse order of removal.

   1. Install bolt (9) before installing the air inlet manifold into position.
