Improved Hose Routing for the Ripper Tilt Cylinder Hose Assembles Are Now Used On Certain D11T Track-Type Tractors {5057, 5354, 5356, 6310} Caterpillar

Reference: Refer to Special Instruction, M0066474, "D11T Multishank and Single Shank Ripper Installation" for the updated changes to these hose assemblies.

Reference: Refer to the Hydraulic Information System (HIS) for the latest specifications for building these hose assemblies.

Improved hose routing for the ripper tilt cylinder hose assemblies are now used on certain D11T Track-Type Tractors. For machines equipped with the optional Autolube pump, the improved ripper tilt cylinder hose assembly has been lengthened to prevent interference between the Autolube pump when the ripper is raised to its highest point.

Also, the ripper pin puller hose assemblies have been updated to resolve interference issues with the ripper tilt cylinder pin. The updates include the addition of hose guarding as well as marking tape to indicate the correct clamping locations for the hose assembly.
