An Improved Oil Level Gauge Is Now Used {1326}

Description of Change: Insertion of the previous oil level gauge into the tube assembly was difficult. The difficult insertion resulted in bent oil level gauges and difficulty in keeping the oil level gauges locked in place. An improved oil level gauge is now used on the engines that are listed above in order to prevent the bending of the oil level gauge and the tube assembly. The gauge was modified by adding an additional twist and increasing the size of the ball at the tip of the gauge to 6.35 mm (0.25 inch).

Adaptable To: The new part numbers for the improved oil level gauge are a direct replacement for the old oil level gauge.
