"为防止损坏，拆下预燃室前，先排放冷却液并拆下火花塞。 将燃烧传感器导线组件螺母拧紧至 9.5 ± .5 N·m (85 ± 5 lb in)。 请勿过度紧固。" | |

- 拆下点火体组件。 从点火体卸下预燃室杯 (1) 。 请参阅发动机拆解和组装手册的说明。
- 清除预燃室杯的沉积物。
- 检查密封法兰有无损坏和碎屑。 更换任何法兰有损坏的预燃室杯。 更换任何有腐蚀孔的预燃室杯。 更换任何有从孔向外延伸的裂纹的预燃室杯。
- 用 9U-5156 清洁工具总成 清洁气缸盖的预燃室密封垫组。 用干净的布和溶剂擦净表面。
- 安装新的预燃室密封垫和 O 形密封圈。
- 安装气缸盖的点火体组件。 请参阅发动机技术规范手册中关于正确拧紧的程序。
