注: 两缸、三缸和四缸发动机有不同的飞轮壳体和支承板配置。 所有机型的拆卸过程相似。

  2. 从缸体上拆下曲轴后油封 (1)。 弃置曲轴油封。

    典型示例

  1. 确保缸体 (5) 和飞轮壳体或支承板 (2) 的配合面干净、无损坏。 检查定位销 (4)。 如果定位销损坏,则用新零件更换。

  2. 确保曲轴法兰 (6) 清洁、无损坏。 可以通过安装一个耐磨套筒来重新利用密封面磨损或损坏的曲轴法兰。 更多信息,请参阅拆解和组装, "曲轴耐磨套筒(后部)- 拆卸和安装"。

  3. 将清洁的发动机润滑油涂抹在曲轴后油封工作表面四周的曲轴 (6) 法兰上。

  4. 将新的曲轴后油封 (1) 与曲轴 (6) 的法兰对准。 将曲轴后油封 (1) 小心地安装到曲轴法兰上。

  5. 将一滴工具 (A) 连续涂抹到曲轴后油封 (1) 边缘周围的缸体后表面上。 将一滴工具 (A) 连续涂抹到螺塞 (X) 周围。

  6. 将飞轮壳体或支承板 (2) 与定位销 (4) 对准。 安装飞轮壳体或支承板 (2),然后将螺栓 (3) 安装到缸体 (5) 上。 有关更多资料,请参阅拆解和组装, "飞轮壳体 - 拆卸和安装"。

  7. 拧紧螺栓 (3)。

    对于 C0.5 和 C0.7 发动机,将螺栓紧固至扭矩 15 N·m (11 lb ft)

    对于 C1.1 和 C1.6 发动机,将螺栓紧固至扭矩 50 N·m (37 lb ft)

    对于 C1.5 和 C2.2 发动机,将螺栓紧固至扭矩 25 N·m (19 lb ft)
